Services Beyond CARD The successful implementation of CARD in 387 Sub-Registrar Offices, for the last 4 years has brought a significant change in demystifying the process of Registration of immovable properties, apart from providing speedy services, leveraging information technology. In addition the project has been successful in achieving the transparency of administration, particularly the valuation of properties and the duties there on. But these benefits have been confined to the public visiting the SRO office only. Keeping in view of the policy of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to offer 25% of its services through Internet by 2002, extending transparency of Government information to large section of Citizens, the registrations and stamps department took the initiative in making available some of the important information services on the WEB. Stamp Vendor Details. Authorized services : Market Value Assistance (MVA). Document writing services. These services can be accessed through authorised agencies such as e-seva cetnres. Benefits : No need for the Citizens to approach. Middle men or even public servants of the Department. Road Map : Extending MVA to cover 28 selection / Special grade Municipalities and rest of the urban and rural areas of the state in phases.
