The Directorate of Employment and Training addresses the needs
for training and employment of job seekers and students in the State.
The main functions of the Directorate are:

Provide employment assistance and vocational guidance to job
seekers

Provide information about eligible candidates to companies
looking to hire resources

Promote the concept of self-employment among the unemployed

Collect employees’ statistics from Employers records

Impart and supervise training to the educated youth of the
state, and so on
