The Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, was constituted under the A.P.C.S.(D.P.T.) Act.1960 as amended in 1993 to enquiry into allegations of conduct rules on the part of Government Servants as defined in “ Prevention of Corruption Act.” And constitution of India to regulate the conduct of persons appointed to Public Services and posts in connection with the affairs of the State.
