INTRODUCTION
Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal
constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 under Article 323-A of
the Constitution of India started functioning from 01-11-1989 in the capital
city of Hyderabad. The Office of the APAT is located in Purani Haveli of
Hyderabad in old city. This is the only Tribunal functioning with jurisdiction
all over the state.
