AP Online facilitates the issue of various certificates by the AP Government to the citizens, online. Some examples of these certificates issued are:

• Income certificate
• Caste certificate
• Nativity certificate
• Birth certificate

The individuals applying for issue of certificates to the government through AP Online have to do so by filling an online application form. This application form is submitted to the proper issuing authority. For example, the application form for issue of birth certificate is submitted to the department of municipal administration.

In addition to the application form submitted online, certain attachments may have to be submitted by the individual who is applying, as attachments, for the purpose of governmental verification. The applicant receives an acknowledgement from the GoAP organization on submitting the application form.

After the application form is submitted and has been processed, the required certificate is issued to the applicant.
