             Minutes of the review meeting on HUDA/HADA/CDA projects held by

            the Chief Minister on 3-9-2003. 

                       

ORDER:

 

            The Office of the Director, Department of Tourism. Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is located at Tank Bund, Hyderabad on an area of 3776.35 sq.mts.   The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA), during the review meeting held on 03-09-2003 by the then Honourable Chief Minister, agred to install Laser Land at tank Bund, Hyderabad. In order to meet the specifications,  land of 1495.73 sq. yards is required.  Therefore after very many meetings, it was agreed to hand over 1495.73 sq. yards land to Hyderabad Urban Development Authority in lieu of Rs.141.32 lakhs (Rupees one crore, forty one lakhs and thirty two thousand only).  The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority will be depositing Rs.141.32 lakhs (Rupees one crore, forty one lakhs and thirty two thousand only) to the head of account of the Director, Department of Tourism, AP, Hyderabad.

 

2.         Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Director,Department of Tourism,A.P., Hyderabad to hand over land of an extent of 1495.73 sq.yards to the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority for construction of Laser Complex, after receipt of Rs. 141.32 lakhs (Rupees one crore, forty one lakhs and thirty two thousand only) from the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority, Hyderabad.                . 

 

 

3.         The amount  of  Rs. 141.32 lakhs (Rupees one crore, forty one lakhs and thirty two thousand only) will be utilized for reconstruction of the office of the Director, Department of Tourism, A.P., Hyderabad.  In the meanwhile, the Director, Department of Tourism, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to get the architect plans prepared and take such further action as is necessary for reconstruction of the office of the Director, Department of Tourism, A.P., Hyderabad.  In the meanwhile, if necessary, the Director, Department of Tourism, A.P., Hyderabad can occupy the third floor of building of Film Development Corporation which is under the control of the Department of Tourism.
