ORDER:

 

            In supercession of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above and in exercise of powers conferred under Sub Section (4) of the Section 3, under Chapter II of Andhra Pradesh Sports Authorities Act, 1988 (Act No.4/1988), Government hereby appoint Sri Makhan Singh Raj Thakur as Chairman on the Board of the Management of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.  His term of office as Chairman shall be for a period of two years with effect from the date of assuming charge. 

 

2.         The Managing Director of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall continue to act as Vice Chairman & Ex-officio member on the Board of Management of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.

 

3.         The orders regarding appointment of members on the Board of Management of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall be issued shortly.

 

4.         The terms and conditions of the appointment of Chairman mentioned in para 1 above shall be issued separately.
