ORDER:

In the circumstancesreported by the Chairman & Managing Director, APTTDC Limited in the reference 3rdread above, Government after careful examination hereby notify 50 Tourism Circuits with 4vital Tourist Centres as Annexed to this order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The Road tax exemption shall be granted for Luxury coaches for tourism circuits after due approval of the Department of Tourism.
  2. The Road tax exemption shall be sized by 30.12.2001.
