Read the following:-
From the Principa C.C.F.,Rc.No.11488/WL2/98, dated 17.12.1998.
ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded forincurring an amount not exceeding to Rs.10.00 lakhs (Rupees ten lakhs only) to thePrincipal Chief Conservator of Forests., Huderabad in connection with the works which needto be taken up urgently for the establishment of Night Safari Park at Chilkur, Hydarabad.
2. The Director of Tourism, isdirected to release the amount sanctioned in para 1 above by way of Demand Draft in favourof the Principal C.C.F. Hyderabad duly meeting the said amount from out of the budgetprovision already released during the financial year 1998.99.
3. This order issues with theconcurrence of Finance & Planning (FW EBS.II) Department vide theirU.O.No.53/16/EBS.II/99, dated 12.2.99.
