O R D E R:

In the circumstances reported by the Managing Director, APRDC, in his letter read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby permit the Managing Director, APRDC, to invite bids under e-procurement Platform, for the works to be taken up under Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme. Necessary hosting charges for e-procurement will be borne from APRDC funds. The transaction fee @ 0.24% of agreement value to C1 India, shall be arranged by successful bidder at the time of concluding agreement. These charges will be included in the tendered value of the project.

2. This e-procurement process under Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) Scheme, is limited to the stage of bidding and evaluation only. Further process of Technical Committee Meeting and process at Government level will be completed in conventional process only.

3. The Managing Director, APRDC, is, therefore, requested to take necessary action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Department, vide their U.O.No.14180/1230/Expr.PW/A2/2003, dt.30-12-2003.
