Construction of ROB at Kovvur Gate (Near Polytechnic college) in lieu of  L.C. No.119 at Railway Km.176/12-15 of Gudur - Vijayawada section at  Km.0/2 of Nellore - Bellary - Bombay road in Nellore District - Administrative sanction for the estimate of Rs.2482.00 lakhs - Accorded - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:

          The  Managing Director, A.P. Road Development Corporation, in his letter read above, has furnished the estimate for an amount of Rs.2482.00 lakhs for Construction of ROB at Kovvur Gate (Near Polytechnic college) in lieu of  L.C. No.119 at Railway Km.176/12-15 of Gudur - Vijayawada section at  Km.0/2 of Nellore - Bellary - Bombay road in Nellore District. Out of the estimate, of Rs.2482.00 lakhs, the State Government share will be Rs.1277.20 lakhs and Railways share will be Rs.1204.80 lakhs and the Railways share be initially met by the State Government.   He has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction to the said estimate.

 

2.       After careful examination of the proposals of the Managing Director, A.P. Road Development Corporation, Govt. hereby accord administrative sanction for  Rs.2482.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty four hundred and eighty two  lakhs only) for construction of ROB at Kovvur Gate (Near Polytechnic college) in lieu of  L.C. No.119 at Railway Km.176/12-15 of Gudur - Vijayawada section at  Km.0/2 of Nellore - Bellary - Bombay road in Nellore District.

           

3       The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “5054-COL on Roads & Bridges, 80-General, MH-800 Other expenditure - SH(04) construction of Roads & Bridges under Railway Safety Works”.       

                                               

4.       This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW)  Department, vide their U.O.No.31226/1133/Exp.PW/A2/03, dt.16.12.2003.
