Construction of ROB in  lieu of LC No.66/T-3 at Rly.Km.377/45-47 of Kazipeta -Vijayawada section on Metwada diversion road connecting Hanamkonda - Mahaboobabad road at Km.3/5 and joining at Km.7/8-10 of Hanamakonda - Khammam Road in Warangal District - Administrative sanction for the estimate of Rs.1480.00 lakhs - Accorded - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:

          The  Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh  Road Development Corporation, in his letters read above, has furnished the estimate for an amount of Rs.1480.00 lakhs for Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.66/T-3 at Rly.Km.377/45-47 of Kazipeta -Vijayawada section on Metwada diversion road connecting Hanamkonda - Mahaboobabad road at Km.3/5 and joining at Km.7/8-10 of Hanamakonda - Khammam Road in Warangal District Out of the estimate, of Rs.1480.00 lakhs, the State Government share will be Rs.836.00 lakhs and Railways share will be Rs.644.00 lakhs and the Railways share be initially met by the State Government.  He has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction to the said estimate.

 

2.       After careful examination of the proposals of the Managing Director, A.P. Road Development Corporation, Govt. hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs.1480.00 lakhs (Rupees Fourteen  hundred and eighty lakhs only) for construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.66/T-3 at Rly.Km.377/45-47 of Kazipeta -Vijayawada section on Metwada diversion road connecting Hanamkonda - Mahaboobabad road at Km.3/5 and joining at Km.7/8-10 of Hanamakonda - Khammam Road in Warangal District.

           

3       The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “5054-COL on Roads & Bridges, 80-General, MH-800 Other expenditure - SH(04) construction of Roads & Bridges under Railway Safety Works”.    

                                               

4.       This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW)  Department, vide their U.O.No.13428/1143/Exp.PW/A2/03, dt.16.12.2003.
