ORDER:

In the letter read above, the Vice-Chairman &Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation has submitted proposalto accord sanction for withdrawal of clause 24-A of Andhra Pradesh State Road TransportCorporation Employees’ (Service) Regulations, 1964 as approved by the Board in itsResolution No.31/98, dated 30.4.98.

After careful examination of the above proposal,Government hereby accord permission for the withdrawal of clause 24-A of Andhra PradeshState Road Transport Corporation Employees’ (Service) Regulations, 1964 as approvedby the Board in its Resolution No.31/98, dated 30.4.98.

This order does not require the concurrence ofFinance & Planning (FW) Department as per orders in force.
