O R D E R:
TheEngineer-in-Chief (R&B) A&EAP in his letter read above has stated thatnotification was issued inviting private parties to take lup the work for construction ofbridge at 12/4 of Gudivada - Challapalli - Kothapalem road across Pullelru Canal inKrishna District on BOT basis. In response to the notification, the bids were received forthe work from different entrepreneurs and the bids are opened on 25-5-99. The TechnicalCommittee has examined the bids received from different entrepreneurs in detail andrecommended the offer of M/s.Progressive Constructions Limited, Hyderabad with a conditionto reduce the construction period to 12 months and athe maximum bonus period of 10% of theconcession period (i.e) 2.7 months (or say 3 months) or the period saved in constructionwhichever is the lesser.
Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby approve theoffer of M/s.Progressive Constructions Limited, Hyderabad, for construction of bridge atKm.12/4 of Gudivada-Challapalli-Kothapalem road across Pulleru canl in Krishna District onBOT basis as recommended by the Technical Committee with the conditions mentioned in para(1) above.
