O R D E R:

    TheEngineer-in-Chief (R&B), A&EAP, in his letter read above has stated that anotification was issued inviting private parties to take up the work for construction ofbridge in Km.75/6 of Eluru - Gundugolanu - Kovvur road across Rallamaduguvagu in WestGodavari District on BOT basis. In response to the notification, bids were received fromdifferent entrepreneurs and the bids are opened on 25-5-99. The Technical Committee hasexamined the bids received from different entreprenuers and recommended the bid of SriM.Venkata Rao, Visakhapatnam which bid of the lowest concession period i.e. 11½ monthsand a construction period of 9 months. He has therefore requested to issue necessaryorders for the construction of the above bridge.

2. Government aftercareful consideration of the matter hereby approve the lowest bid offered by Sri M.VenkataRao, Visakhapatnam, for construction of bridge in Km.75/6 of Eluru - Gundugolanu - KovvurRoad across Rallamaduguvagu in West Godavari District on BOT basis as recommended by theTechnical Committee.

3. This order issues withthe concurrence of the Finance & Planning (Fin.Wing. EBS) Department vide theirU.O.No.46075/918/EBS.XVII/99, dated: 10-12-99.
