O R D E R:

    TheEngineer-in-Chief (R&B), A&EAP in his letter read above has stated that anotification was issued inviting private parties to take up the work for formation ofBye-pass road to Madanapalli town in Chittoor District on BOT basis. In response to thenotification, bids were received for the work from different entreprenuers and the bidswere opened on 25-5-99. The Technical Committee has examined the bids received fromdifferent entreprenuers in detail and recommended the lowest bid of M/s. ProgressiveConstructions Ltd., Hyderabad. He has therefore requested to issue necessary orders forthe formation of the bye-pass road.

2. Government aftercareful consideration of the matter hereby approve the lowest bid offered byM/s.Progressive Constructions Ltd., Hyderabad, for formation of bye-pass road toMadanapalli town in Chittoor District on BOT basis as recommended by the TechnicalCommittee.

    Thisorder issues with the concurrence of the Finance & Planning (FW.EBS.XVII) Departmentvide their U.O.No.46073/913/EBS.XVII/99, dated: 10-12-99.
