ORDER:

In exercise of the powers conferred bysub-section (1) of Section 100 of M.V.Act 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) Government ofAndhra Pradesh published a draft scheme proposal of Road Transport Service in relation tothe route K.R.Market to Chinnakakani vide G.O.Rt.No.67, dated 29.1.1999 at page 2 ofPart-II Extraordinary issue of A.P.Gazette, dated 1.2.1999.

Five objections/representations have been received by the State Government with respect to the said scheme as per Section 100(1) of M.V.Act 1988.

The Government have carefully considered all the objections/representations that were urged in writing and personally during the hearing and heard the representatives of APSRTC. Accordingly under sub-section(2) of Section 100 of M.V.Act 1988, the Government hereby drop the said draft scheme as published.

The following Notification shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette dt.28.1.2000 of A.P.
