ORDER:
Based on the recommendations on various reportssubmitted to Government on Road Accidents, Government have issued orders in the G.O. readabove, accepting consolidated recommendations to avoid Road Accidents. Among others one ofthe recommendations is a need to setup a nodal agency responsible for reducing accidents.Based on this a High Level Committee headed by Chief Secretary to Government isconstituted to review periodically the accident situations working out a yearly plan ofaction, with the following members as per the para 5(a) read with 4.1 of Annexure-1, tothe G.O. read above :-
