ORDER:

    In view of the circumstancesstated by the Transport Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd readabove.  Government hereby accord permission for adopting the revised pattern ofre-organisation of the Department as proposed by him in the ref. 3rd cited and mentionedin the annexure with the following modification.

  1. Present supervisory Deputy Transport Commissioner, Kurnool having jurisdiction over Kurnool, Cuddapah and Anantapur Districts shall function as Deputy Transport Commissioner and Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kurnool.  He shall also supervise Anantapur Dist.

  2. Present Regional Transport Officer, Kurnool shall function from the Office of the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Kurnool.

  3. By re-organisation, Deputy Transport Commissioner's Office, Kurnool and Regional Transport Officers Office, Kurnool shall be merged into one.

  4. Cuddapah district now supervised by Deputy Transport Commissioner, Kurnool shall be supervised by Deputy Transport Commissioner, Chittoor.

2.    The Transport Commissioner,Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
