NOTIFICATION

 

 

                    In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Act,1957 (Act No.VI of 1957), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempts the sale of Liquor served on the occasion of 25th Raising Day Function (Silver Jubilee)  of 7/8 Gorkha Rifles, Hyderabad celebrated from 29th June to 1st July 2004, from levy of sales tax under the said Act, subject to limitations of quantities of liquor specified in the statement Annexed to this notification.
