          In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 39 of the Andhra PradeshGeneral Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.VI of 1957), the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Form No. XXXVI issuedunder rule 17 (c ) of Andhra Pradesh General Sales Tax Rules, 1957.

A M E N D M E N T

The Form No. XXXVI annexed to G.OMs.No.816 Revenue (CT.II) Department Dated 15-11-2000 shall be replaced with theFORM annexed to this Order.
