ORDER:

In the G.O. read above, the Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.10184.30 lakhs towards APUBSP under Externally Aided Proejct scheme i.e., 50% of B.E. 2005-06 and the above authorized amount shall be drawn as per the quarterly regulations and orders in force.

2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.10184.30 lakhs (Rupees Ten thousand one hundred and Eighty Four lakhs and Thirty thousand only) to APUFIDC Limited, for the year 2005-06 towards implementation of APUSP Project. Assistant Secretary to Government (Drawing and Disbursement Officer) Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad shall draw the amount as per the quarterly regulations and credit the same into P.D. A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad for implementation of the APUSP Project.

3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debited to the following head of Account:

“2217 – Urban Development – 80 – General – MH.191 – Assistance to Local Bodies, Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Town Improvement Boards etc. – G.H.03 – Externally Aided Projects – SH(21) – Urban Basic Services for Poor – 310 – Grants-in-Aid – 312 Other Grants-in-Aid”.

4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 2 above, as per the quarterly regulations to the P.D.A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.

5. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 2 above as per the quarterly regulations to the P.D. A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.

6. The Project Co-ordinator, APUSP Project Hyderabad is requested to submit expenditure particulars and Utilisation Certificates to the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Government of India and to this Department.

7. This orders issued with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.MA& UD&EFS&T) Department vide their U.O.No.12858/250/A1//Expr. M&F/ 2005, dated 24.5.2005.
