ORDER.

In the reference read above the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health), Hyderabad has reported that the Executive Director, APIIC Limited, Hyderabad has requested for sanction and release of Rs. 8,26,500/- to Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited for carrying out the consultancy work by M/s Mahindra Acres Consulting Engineers Limited for study and finalizing the best options for creating the summer storage reservoir for supply of water from VIWSP to Gajuwaka Municipality. He has requested the Government to issue necessary orders to meet the expenditure of Rs. 8,26,500/- from the plan funds of this year under head of account 2215-01-101 GH-11 – SH (08)-310-312 for commissioning the consultancy work.

2. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs. 8, 26,500/- (Rupees eight lakhs twenty six thousand and five hundred only) to A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited for carrying out the consultancy work by M/s. Mahindra Acres Consulting Engineers Limited for study and finalizing the best options for creating the summer storage reservoir for supply of water from VIWSP to Gajuwaka Municipality.

3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be met from plan funds of this year under the head of account 2215-01-101 GH-11-SH (08)-310312.

4. The Engineer-in-Chief, Public Health, Hyderabad is requested to take action accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U. O. No. 2259/45/A1/Expr. M&F/2005, dated 04.02.2005.
