ORDER:
In the reference 1st
and 2nd read above, Government have accorded administrative sanction
for an amount of Rs.52.50 Crores as first quarter and an amount of RS.52.50
Crores to APUFIDC Limited for the year 2004-05 for implementation of the
Project.
2. In the reference 3rdread above, The Project
Co-ordiantor, APUSP, Hdyerabad has requested to release the balance amount of
Rs.70.00 Crores from the Budget Estimates of 2004-05 under APUSP. He has also requested the Government to
issue orders for crediting the amount to the P.D. A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC
Limited by preferring an adjustment bill with the Pay and Accounts officer,
Hyderabad.
3. In the G.O. 4th read above, the Budget Release
Order was issued to the Assistant Secretary to Government Municipal
Administration and Urban Development Department for an amount f Rs.7000.00
lakhs (Rupees Seventy Crores only) for the year 2004-05 towards implementation
of Andhra Pradesh Urban Basic Services for the Poor (APUSP) Project.
4. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative
sanction for an amount of Rs.7000.00 lakhs (Rupees Seventy Crores only) to
APUFIDC Limited, for the year 2004-05 towards implementation of APUSP
Project. Assistant Secretary to
Government (Drawing and Disbursement Officer) Municipal Administration and
Urban Development Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad shall draw the amount
and credit the same into P.D. A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad for implementation
of the Project.

5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 4 above, shall be debited
to the following head of Account:
“2217 – Urban Development – 80 – General – MH.191 – Assistance to Local Bodies, Corporations,
Urban Development Authorities, Town Improvement Boards etc. – Schemes included
Plan - G.H.03 – Externally Aided Projects – SH(21) – Urban Basic Services for
the Poor – 310 – Grants-in-Aid – 312
Other Grants-in-Aid”.
6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad is requested to authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 4
above, to the P.D.A/c No.9.382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.
7. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to
adjust the amount sanctioned in para 3 above,
to the P.D. A/c No.9/382 of APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.
8. The Project Co-ordinator, APUSP Project Hyderabad is
requested to submit expenditure particulars and Utilisation Certificates to the
Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad, Government of India and to this Department.
9. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance
(Expr.MA& UD&EFS&T) Department vide their U.O.No.4942/87/A1//Expr.
MA&UD &EFS&T/ 2005, dated 16.3.2005.
