ORDER:

 

            In the reference 1st and 2nd read above, Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.960.86 lakhs and Rs.1186.30 lakhs to Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration , Hyderabad under 11th Finance Commissioner for implementation of programme.

 

2.                  In the G.O. 3rd read above, a Budget Release Order was issued for an amount Rs.460.27 lakhs towards Assistance to Municipalities for grants to Local Bodies under 11th Finance Commission for the year 2004-05.

 

3.                  Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.460.27 lakhs under 11th Finance Commission for 2004-05 to Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad and the amount shall be adjusted to the P.D. A/c.No.1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad.

 

4.                  The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following Head of Account:

 

“2217 – Urban Development – 80 – General – MH.191 – Assistance to Local Bodies/Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Town Improvement Boards etc., - SH(52) – Assistance to Municipalities for grant to Local Bodies under Eleventh Finance Commission award – 310 – Grants-in-Aid – 312 – Other Grants-in-Aid”.

5.                  The Director of Treasuries & Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to the P.D. Account No.1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad.

 

6.                  The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to adjust the amount of Rs.460.27 lakhs sanctioned in para 3 above to the P.D. A/c.No.1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad.

 

7.                  The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly as per existing guidelines of Eleventh Finance Commission.  He is also requested to furnish the Utilisation Certificates to the Government for the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and also for the amount contributed by the Municipality as Matching grant immediately.

 

8.                  This order issues with concurrance of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.2262-A/50/A1/Expr.M&F/05 Dated:3.2.2005.
