ORDER:

 

            In the reference read above, Government have issued orders continuing the District Staff working under SJSRY and UBS Schemes for a period of one year i.e., from 1.3.2003 to 29.2.2004.

 

2.                  The following staff working at District/Municipality level in SJSRY schemes shall continue for a further period of one year i.e., from 1.3.2004 to 28.2.2005 for effective implementation of SJSRY and also other plan and Non-plan schemes namely NSDP, APUSP (Funded by Government of U.K.), APURMS Project (With World Bank Support), Urban Reforms Incentive Fund (URIF), 2nd State Finance Commission, 11th Finance Commission and EIUS schemes etc.

3.         The expenditure on the continuance of above staff sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be met from funds available in P.D. A/c. No.2/426 of Member Secretary, SUDA under the component of A & OE of SJSRY.

 

4.                  This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.M&F) Department vide their U.O.No.1311/22/A1/Expr.M&F/05 Dated:1.2.2005.
