NSDP  – Release an amount of Rs.1638.50 lakhs  under NSDP for the year 2005-06 to P.D. A/c No.1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad – Orders – Issued.

1.      G.O.Rt.No.545, MA, dated 20.4.2005.

2.      G.O.Rt.No.3027, Finance (Expr.MA&UD&EFS&T)Department, dated 13.7.2005.

ORDER:

 

            In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.1638.50 lakhs to Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad towards 1st two quarters under NSDP scheme for implementation.

 

 2.        In the G.O  2nd read above, a Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.1638.50 lakhs of B.E. 2005-06 towards National Slum Development Programme and the authorized amount shall be drawn in relaxation of  quarterly regulations and orders in force. 

 

3.             Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1638.50 lakhs (Rupees Sixteen hundred Thirty Eight lakhs and Fifty Thousand  only) under NSDP for the year 2005-06 to Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad who in turn would release the same to all Urban Local Bodies/ Corporations..

 

4.         The Assistant Secretary to Government  (Drawing and Disbursing Officer) Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad shall draw the above amount in relaxation of  quarterly regulations and orders in force  and keep in the P.D. A/cNo.1/43 of  Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad  who in turn would release the same to all Urban Local Bodies.

 

5.         The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above, shall be debited to the following Head of Account in relaxation of quarterly regulations:

 

“2217 – Urban Development – 80 – General – MH.191 – Assistance to Local Bodies/Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Town Improvement Boards etc. - G.H.11 – Normal State Plan – SH(49) –National Slum Development Programme -  310 – Grants-in-Aid – 312 Other Grants-in-Aid”.

 

6.         The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to authorise to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 3 above in relaxation of  quarterly regulations and orders in force  to the P.D. A/c 1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad.

7.         The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 3 above to the P.D. A/c No.1/43 of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad.

 

8.         The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad is requested to send the Utilisation Certificates and the Physical targets achieved in the Municipalities to the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

 

9.         This order issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.1778-A/328/Expr.M&F/2005, dated 13.7.2005.
