ORDER:

In the G.O. 2^nd read above, the Budget Release Order was issued for an amount of Rs.5000.00 lakhs towards Andhra Pradesh Urban Reforms and Municipal Services (APURMS) Project under Externally Aided Proejct scheme i.e., 50% of B.E. 2005-06 and the above authorized amount shall be drawn as per the quarterly regulations and orders in force by supersessioning of the orders issued in the reference 1^st read above.

2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5000.00 lakhs (Rupees Fifty Crores only) to APUFIDC Limited, for the year 2005-06 towards implementation of Andhra Pradesh Urban Reforms and Municipal Services (APURMS) Project.

3. Assistant Secretary to Government (Drawing and Disbursement Officer) Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad shall draw the amount as per the quarterly regulations and credit the same into P.D. A/c No.GA/332 (9/382) of Managing Director, APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad for implementation of the APURMS Project.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be debited to the following head of Account:

“2217 – Urban Development – 80 – General – MH.191 – Assistance to Local Bodies, Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Town Improvement Boards etc. – G.H.03 – Externally Aided Projects – SH(22) – Andhra Pradesh Urban Reforms and Municipal Services (APURMS) Project – 310 – Grants-in-Aid – 312 Other Grants-in-Aid”.

5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to authorize to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 2 above, as per the quarterly regulations to the P.D.A/c No.GA/332 (9/382) of Managing Director, APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.

6. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to adjust the amount sanctioned in para 2 above as per the quarterly regulations to the P.D. A/c No.GA/332 (9/382) of Managing Director APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad.

7. The Managing Director, APUFIDC Limited, Hyderabad is requested to submit expenditure particulars and Utilisation Certificates to the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Government of India and also to this Department.

8. This orders issued with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.MA& UD&EFS&T) Department vide their U.O.No.5767/331/A1//Expr. M&F/ 2005, dated 1.7.2005.
