O R D E R:
In
the G.O. read above, orders were issued prescribing the rates of collection of
development charges for Change of Land Use / Institution of use in the
Rajahmundry, Kurnool Municipal Corporations and all other Municipalities in the
State which are not covered by Urban Development Authorities.
2. In
the recent past, Kakinada, Kadapa,
Eluru, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Ananthapur and Nellore Municipalities are
up-graded as Municipal Corporations and therefore Government after careful examination of the matter hereby extend
the rates prescribed in respect of Rajahmundry and Kurnool Municipal
Corporations for collection of
development charges for Change of Land
Use / Institution of use also to the above newly created Municipal
Corporations.
3. The
Commissioners of Kadapa, Eluru, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Ananthapur and Nellore
Municipal Corporations shall collect
the conversion / development charges as per the rates prescribed in respect
of Rajahmundry and Kurnool Municipal
Corporations issued in the Government Order 1st read above.
