NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub section (1) of section 75 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, as amended by Act 17 of 1998, the Government of Andhra Pradesh with the concurrence of the Chief Justice, Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, hereby specifies the Court of Principal District Judge, Kadapa as an Election Tribunal to try the Election Petitions pertaining to the Municipal Corporation of Kadapa under the said Act. The said Election Tribunal shall deal with such petitions and proceedings in connection therewith in the manner prescribed.
