NOTIFICATION
In exercise of powers conferred under section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 25 of 1994) read with rule 3 of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Reservation of seats) Rules, 1995 issued in G.O.Ms.No.44, MA&UD Department, dated 6.2.1995, read with G.O.Ms.No. 334, MA&UD Department, dated 21.7.2001 and G.O.Ms.No.750, MA&UD Department, dated 13.8.2005, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh in supersession of all the previous notifications on the subject hereby determine the specific wards in which the seats reserved for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and Women are set apart to the (11) Municipal Corporations as specified in the annexure.
