NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Guntur appoints as Special Officer to the Piduguralla Nagarapanchayat in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Narasaraopet to exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the Council, its Chairperson and its committees referred to in sections 43 and 74 of the Act of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 until such committees are constituted as the case may be, for a period of 6 (six) months or until the elected council come into office whichever is earlier.
