SECTION OFFICER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) read with sub section (3) of section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the General Manager, District Industries Center, Medak at Sangareddy as Special Officer to the Zaheerabad Municipality in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy to exercise the powers, perform the duties and discharge the functions of the council, the Chairperson and the committees referred to under sections 43 and 74 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 until such committees are constituted as the case may be, for a period of 6 (six) months or until the elected council come into office whichever is earlier.
