O R D E R:

 

            The draft variation to the Siddipet General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan which was  sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.531 M.A., dated 01.05.1987 was issued in Government Memo. No. 15015/H1/2004-2 M.A., dated 27.05.2005 and the draft variations was published in the Extraordinary issue of A.P. Gazette No.352, dated 28.05.2005. No objections and suggestions have been received from the public within the stipulated period.  Hence, the draft variations are confirmed.

 

2.         The appended notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

 

3.         A copy of this order is available on the Internet and can be accessed at the address "http://apts.gov.in/apgos".

NOTIFICATION

            In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub - section (2) of section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following variation to the Master Plan of Siddipet Town, the same having been previously published in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.352, dated 28.05.2005 as required by clause (b) of the said section.

Variation

           

            The   Master   Plan  Road from Subash “X” Roads to Bara Imam “X” Roads of Siddipet Town, Siddipet Municipality  the boundaries which are as shown in the schedule hereto and the width of which is earmarked as 30 feet wide road in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Siddipet Town  sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.531 M.A., dated 01.05.1987,is now  widened to 40 feet road by  variation of change of land use as marked  as “A-B” (2800 length approximately) in the revised part proposed land use map G.T.P.No.05/2004 shown in the plan available in the Municipal Office of Siddipet Town.

North            :            Bara Imam “X” Roads and Grave Yard.

East            :            From H.No.6-4-57 to H.No.8-1-123 (From North to South)

South            :            Subash Cross Roads. 

 

West           :     H.No.6-4-115 to H.No.8-2-2 (From North to South)
