ORDER:

 

          In the G.O. read above, the Government declared Ramachandrapuram Grampanchayat as smaller urban area.

 

2.          Therefore, the Government decided to appoint Revenue Divisional Officer, Sanga Reddy, Medak District as Special Officer to the newly constituted Ramachandrapuram Municipality.

 

3.       The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following Notification in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 21-5-2005 and to furnish 100 copies to the Government.

 

NOTIFICATION

 

          In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sanga Reddy as Special Officer for the newly constituted Ramachandrapuram Municipality to exercise the powers discharge the duties and `perform the functions of the Council, its Chairperson, its wards committee, its committees referred to in sections 43 and 74 of the said Act, and the Commissioner.
