Roc. No.8851/01/V1, dated.17.03.2005.

 

ORDER:

 

            Under sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act 7 of 1920) the Government hereby sanction the General Town Planning Scheme of the Parvathipuram Municipality, Vizianagaram District as approved by the Municipal Council in their Resolution No. 162/2003, dated.21.03.2003, subject to the condition that the Zoning Regulations, Floor Area Ratio and Building Requirements shall be as per G.O.Ms.No.422, MA., dated.31.07.1998.

 

2.         The Commissioner, Parvathipuram Municipality, Vizianagaram District is directed to ensure that a copy of the scheme is kept open for inspection by the public at the Municipal Office and also at the Offices of the Panchayats affected by this Scheme during the office hours for a period of six months from the date of publication of the Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

 

3.         The Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad, is requested to communicate a copy of the Master Plan covering the areas of vicinity of Gram Panchayats of Parvathipuram Municipality to administer the Town Planning Scheme within their area.

 

4.         The appended notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette along with the Zoning Regulations.

 

5.         The Commissioner of Printing, Hyderabad is requested to furnish 500 copies of the Notification to the Director of Town and Country Planning, Hyderabad.

 

6.         A copy of this order is available in the Internet and can be accessed at the address “http://apts.gov.in/apgos”,.

NOTIFICATION

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 14 of the Andhra Pradesh Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act 7 of 1920), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction to the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Parvathipuram Municipality, Vizianagaram District as approved in G.O.Ms.No.318 MA., dated.23.06.2003, and as recommended by Municipal Council, Parvathipuram Municipality and Director of Town and Country Planning subject to the condition that in Zoning Regulations the Floor Area Ratio and Building Requirement shall be as per G.O.Ms.No.422,MA., dated the 31st July, 1998.

 

The Governor further direct that the above scheme will be open for inspection by the public at the Municipal Office, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District during the office hours for a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
