ORDER:
The Government in the G.O. read above,
constituted the Dhone Nagarapanchayat.
2. Now, the Government decide to appoint the
Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool as Special Officer to the newly constituted
Dhone Nagarapanchayat.
3. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery
and Stores purchase, Hyderabad, is requested to publish the following
Notification in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated
30-04-2005 and to furnish 100 copies to the Government.
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1)
of section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act
6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Revenue
Divisional Officer, Kurnool as Special Officer for the newly constituted Dhone
Nagarapanchayat to exercise the powers discharge the duties and perform the
functions of the Council, its Chairperson, its wards committees, its committees
referred to in sections 43 and 74 of the Act, and the Commissioner.
