ORDER:

 

          Government in G.O. read above, declared Rayachoty Grampanchayat as smaller urban area.

 

2.       The Government decide to appoint Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa, Kadapa District as Special Officer to the newly constituted Rayachoty Municipality.

 

3.       The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following Notification in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 29-4-2005 and to furnish 100  copies to the Government.

 

NOTIFICATION

 

          In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa, as Special Officer for the newly constituted Rayachoty Municipality to exercise the powers, perform duties and discharge the functions of  the council, its Chairperson, its ward committees, its committees referred to in sections 43 and 74 of the Act and the Commissioner.
