MUNICIPALITIES – Constitution of Pulivendula Gram Panchayat as Nagar Panchayat-appointment of Special Officer - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:

            In the G.O. read above Government have issued orders declaring the areas covered under the erstwhile Pulivendula Gram Panchayat of Kadapa District as Transitional Area  and the Pulivendula Nagar  Panchayat  is  deemed to have been constituted under Sub Section (1)2-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 .

 

2.         Now therefore, Government decide to appoint the Municipal Commissioner, Kadapa Municipal Corporation, as  special officer to the newly constituted Pulivendula Nagar Panchayat.

 

4.         The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following Notification in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated  17.1.2005 and to furnish 100 copies to the Government.

 

                                    NOTIFICATION

            In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 7 of the  Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act  6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Municipal Commissioner,  Kadapa Municipal Corporation  as  Special Officer for the newly constituted Pulivendula Nagar Panchayat  to exercise the powers, Perform duties and discharge the duties and perform the  functions of the council, its Chairperson, its   Wards Committee, its  Committees.
