ORDER:

 

            In the G.O. read above Government have issued orders declaring  the areas covered under the erstwhile Jammalagudu Gram Panchayat of Kadapa District as Transitional Area  and the Jammalamadugu Nagar  Panchayat  is  deemed to have been constituted under Sub Section (1)2-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 .

 

2.         Now therefore, Government decided to appoint the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jammalamadugu, Kadapa District  as  special officer to the newly constituted Jammalamadugu Nagar Panchayat.

 

4.         The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery and Stores purchase, Hyderabad is requested to publish the following Notification in the Extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated   17 .1.2005 and to furnish 100 copies to the Government.

 

                                                            NOTIFICATION

            In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 7 of the  Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act  6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jammalamadugu, Kadapa District   as  Special Officer for the newly constituted Jammalamadugu Nagar Panchayat  to exercise the powers, Perform duties and discharge the duties and perform the  functions of the council, its Chairperson, its   Wards Committee, its  Committees.
