In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health) in the reference read above,, Government hereby accord permission to Sri Md. Munawar Khan, Deputy General Manager (Engg) HMWSSB to perform Haj in the year 2005 from 11-12-2004 to 29-1-2005.

The Engineer-in-Chief (PH) is requested to sanction Earned Leave accordingly.
