O R D E R:

 

            In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued entrusting certain municipalities to the consultants for the detailed design of C2 Component infrastructure facilities such as Roads/Drains/Water Supply/Solid Waste Management under APURMS Project in respect of 20 ULBs duly mentioning certain terms and conditions therein.

 

2.                  In the reference second read above, the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad has requested the Government for constitution of a committee to finalize the sub projects of each ULB and entrust the detailed design of C2 Component infrastructure facilities such as Roads/Drains/Water Supply/Solid Waste Management under APURMS Project and Social Environment analysis to the consultants already finalized in G.O. 1st read above.

 

3.                  Government after careful examination of the request of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration hereby order the 19 APUSP  Urban Local Bodies be entrusted for detailed designs, social and environments analysis to the same consultants as indicated in the G.O.Rt.1119,MA Dated 15-10-2004.

 

4.                  Government also permit the Commissioner and Director  of Municipal Administration to constitute a committee to finalize the sub projects of each ULB and entrust the detailed design of C2 Component infrastructure facilities such as Roads/Drains/Water Supply/Solid Waster Management under APURMS Project with the following members.

 

1)     Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad

2)     Project Co-ordinator, APUSP Project, Hyderabad.

3)     Engineer-in-Chief (PH), Hyderabad.

 

5.                  The specific allocation of ULBs from out of the 39 ULBs can be finalized by this committee depending upon the infrastructure works proposed and identified for inclusion in the project in the first year.
