O R D E R:-

In the G.Os 1st to 5th read above, the Govt. have framed certain charges against Sri P.Peathember Rao, Executive Engineer on discharging duties as Executive Engineer in certain places.

2) In the G.O.6th read above, the Govt. have approved the panel of Executive Engineers during the panel year 2003-2004 for promotion to the post of Superintending Engineers. Therein, the name of Sri P.Peathamber Rao, Executive Engineer was included at Sl.No.34 but promotion was deferred due to pendency of said charges against him.

3) In the G.O.s 7th to 11th read above, the Govt. have issued orders dropping further action against Sri P.Peathamber Rao,Executive Engineer. Pursuant to that, the Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health) has submitted proposal and requested the Govt. that the seniority of Sri P.Peathamber Rao, Executive Engineer may be restored in the approved panel of Executive Engineers for promotion to the post of Superintending Engineers during the panel year 2003-2004.

4) The Govt. have examined the issue and hereby restore the seniority of Sri P.Peathamber Rao, Executive Engineer and place him at Sl.No.34 as found fit i.e. below the name of Sri J.V.S.Ramars, Executive Engineer and above the name of Sri Ch.Gowtham Reddy, Executive Engineer, as per the approved panel of Executive Engineers for promotion to the post of Superintending Engineers in G.O.Ms.No.479-MA, dt: 20-10-2003 during the panel year 2002-2003 .

5) The Engineer-in-Chief (Public Health) is therefore requested to take necessary action accordingly.
