In the reference 3d read above, the Review Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 1-3-2004 has reviewed the approved panel of Superintending Engineers for adhoc promotion to the post of Chief Engineers during the panel year 2003-04 vide G.O.1st read above in-respect of Sri Manohar Rao Chavan, Superintending Engineer(PH) and recommended the following:
