                       The Commissioner and Special Officer, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad hasreported that Sri Syed Mohammed Khaja, Owner of H.No.20-2-452/1, Old Khabutar Khana, WardNo.20, Block No.2, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad has requested the Corporation to allot openland admeasuring 49 Square Yards adjacent to his house.  The c8 has also reported that in Resolution No.89 dated 25-03-1999 the General Bodyof Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad approved the sale of 49 Square Yards of land atmarket value to the applicant and that the Sub-Registrar, Charminar has also reported thatthe market value of the above said land is Rs.1200/- per Square Yard.   He has requested to extend the ordersissued in G.O.Ms.No.419 M.A., dated 13-08-1996 duly constituting a Committee.

2.                       After careful examination of the report of the Commissioner and Special Officer,Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, the Government have decided to accord necessarypermission to the Commissioner and Special Officer, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad .   They, therefore in exercise of the powersconferred under Section 148 of HMC Act, 1955 hereby permit the Commissioner and SpecialOfficer, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad to allot the open land admeasuring 49 SquareYards to Sri Syed Mohammed Khaja, Owner of H.No.20-2-452/1, Old Khabutar Khana, WardNo.20, Block No.2, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad at Market rate of Rs.1200/- per Square Yard(Rupees twelve thousand only).

3.                       The Commissioner and Special Officer, Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad shall takenecessary further action in terms of Rule 5 of Municipal Corporation of HyderabadAcquisition and disposal of immovable property) Rules, 1970 forthwith.
