           In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 12 of the AndhraPradesh Urban Area (Development) Act, 1975 (Act-I of 1975) the Government hereby makes thefollowing variation to the road width of with road from Yousufguda to Jubilee Hills,Layout of M/s. ICRISAT Employees Co-operative Housing Society the land in Sy.No.403/6(old), 120/5 (new) of Shaikper Village, area the same having been previously published inthe Extract of ordinary issue of A.P.Gazette No.526, Part-I, dated 29-12-1999 as requiredby sub-section (3) of the said section.

VARIATION

           The proposed 80’-0“ Master Plan Road and earmarked in the layout inSy.No.403/6 (old), 120/5 (new) of Shaikpet Village, Yousufguda i.e., from Yousufguda toJubilee Hills is now reduced to 40’-0” wide road.

Scheduleof Boundaries

      North:      Vacant land of ICRISATLayout.

      South:      Vacant plots from 1 to 6ICRISAT Lyaout.

      East:      Existing Houses.

      West:      Vacant land with compoundwall.
