           The draft variation to the Zonal Development Plan for Kukatpally zone area issuedin Government Memo. second read above was published in the Extra-ordinary issue of AndhraPradesh Gazette No.424, Part-I, dated 20-10-1999.  Noobjections and suggestions have been received from the public within a period of fifteendays.  Hence, the draft variation isconfirmed.

NO T I F I C A T I O N S

           In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 12 of the AndhraPradesh Urban Area (Development) Act, 1975 (Act-I of 1975) the Government hereby makes thefollowing variation to the Zonal Development Plan Kukatpally Zone area the same havingbeen previously published in the Extract of ordinary issue of A.P.Gazette No.424, Part-I,dated 20-10-1999 as required by sub-section (3) of the said section.

VARIATION

           The site in Sy.No.57 (part) of Shamshiguda Village to an extent of Ac.3.15 Gts.,which is presently earmarked for Conservation use zone in the notified Zonal DevelopmentPlan for Kukatpally Zone is designated as Residential (EWS layout by Government) use zone.

SpecialCondition:

HyderabadUrban Development Authority should insist 30 M Buffer Zone from the tank and to takemeasures not to pollute the tank before issuing the layout.

           North:            57 (part) ofShamshiguda.

           South:            57 (part) ofShamshiguda.

           East:            57 (part) ofShamshiguda.

           West:            57 (part) ofShamshiguda.
