NOTIFICATION

                       In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of  section 326, read with Clause (12) of section 2 ofthe Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra pradesh  Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby makes the followingamendments to the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats (Conduct of Election)Rules, 1965, issued in G.O.Ms.No.938, M.A.., dated 28-07-1965 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.41,M.A.&U.D.Department dated 03-02-1995.

AMENDMENTS

                       In the said rules, in rule 10, in sub-rule (2), in clause (i), for the expression“section 13,14 and 15 of the Act”, the expression “sections 13,13A, 13B,14,15 and 19 of the Act”, shall be substituted.
