              Inthe circumstances stated in the letter second read above, Government issued the followingamendment to G.O.Ms.No.703 M.A., dated 13-12-1999:

AM E N D M E N T

“ The site under reference is falling in D.No.226/2, 248,249, 251, 252/1, 2, 3 (Part), 4, 5, 6, 253, 254 (Part), 255 to 262, 271/C, 272/1 (Part)and 273/2 & 3 of Gorantla Village, the boundaries for which are given in the Schedulebelow and which was earmarked for Agricultural use in the Master Plan of Vijayawada,Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri Urban Development Area sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.144 M.A., dated03-03-1988 is designated for Residential use as shown in modification to Master Plan videMMP No.16/98/GNT which is available in the office of the Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali,Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority, Divisional Office, Guntur.  “

              Underthe heading “schedule of boundaries” for northern boundary the following shallbe substituted namely:-

North: Existing donka falling in D.Nos.266 (Part) and the sitefalling in D.No.263 (Part), 271/D (Part), 272/1 (Part), 226/1 (Part), 250 and 252/3 (Part)of Gorantla Village.
