APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred bysub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20 of the Comptroller and Auditor General’s(Duties, Powers and Conditions of Service) Act, 1971 (Central Act No.56 of 1971) read withsection 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975, the Governor ofAndhra Pradesh hereby authorises the Accountant General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad toaudit all the receipts and expenditure of Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Mangalagiri UrbanDevelopment Authority for a further period of five (5) years from 1998-1999 to 2003-2004from the date of expiry of the last authorisation made to the Comptroller and AuditorGeneral for taking up audit Accounts under the usual terms and conditions.
